These terms govern your use of OG Save. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using OG Save

You may use OG Save to save, organize, revisit, and share links and collections. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give OG Save a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Content marked public may be visible to other users and on the open web.

Third-party content and links

OG Save may display links, previews, or metadata from third-party websites. We do not own or control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, safety, policies, or content.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse OG Save. Prohibited activity includes unlawful content, infringement, harassment, malware, spam, unauthorized access, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass security or usage controls.

Service changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address violations of these terms.

No warranties

OG Save is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OG Save will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
